Ragnar’s is one of Steamboat Springs’ most popular on-mountain restaurants, serving a delightful combination of fresh seafood, pasta, and game and beef specials. The restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy a sit-down meal before heading back to the slopes – you can drop by Ragnar’s while you’re on a skiing trip, and it’s also included as a stop during the Guided Gourmet Snowshoe Tour.

Some of the best menu items to try at Ragnar’s are the salmon BLT, sea bass, Swedish meatballs, pulled pork burrito, burger with avocado, cheese and bacon, and duck confit.

One of Steamboat Springs’ newest restaurants, Cloverdale offers delicious, healthy food made with fresh ingredients provided by their very own 10.5-acre farm located in historic South Routt County.

The restaurant has two excellent dining options: a five-course menu with a tour of the kitchen, and the full dining experience available through a sumptuous 10 to 14-course meal. Both options are highly customizable to accommodate special dietary restrictions and preferences.
